Q & A
Is there a soft closing and/or adjustable version of this hinge? I understand that this hinge will fit the bathroom doors on the Winnebago Solis. I want to do the “French doo mod” and would prefer a soft close option if one exists.
This is not a soft closing hinge, the soft closing version of this hinge with the same pattern is the 2952 or 2952-3M

Are these hinges adjustable? I have 7 identical overhead cabinets in my 2022 Winnebago View with these hinges and 3 of them never held the cabinet open even when new. Were they installed or adjusted incorrectly?

No I'm sorry the 2856 are not adjustable, I do carry new adjustable spring tension and angle adjustment hinges part #2962NB2R, I also now have an adjustable forward/back and sideway adjustable hinge part# 2952-3M-3D

Does this hinge hold both the open AND closed position?
Yes it does hold both Open and Closed positions however there are additional equations to consider as well.

I have three overhead cabinet doors in my Flagstaff RV (6” x 16”). In order for the doors to stay up in opened, do I add one of these hinges in addition to the original hinges, or replace them with two of these hinges?
Hello,
My guess is if they don't currently stay open then the hinges might have become weak and therefore I would recommend replacing them cause if you don't then the new one will take all the strain therefore wearing out that much quicker. I don't know a lot of details of the situation but this is my opinion from what you have shared.
