Our policy offers a refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.
BJs and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. The refund process depends the product or service purchased from BJs:
Our refund and returns policy is 30 days from date of purchase. If more then 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment usually within a few days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you received Free shipping on your shipment the original shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible to return the item undamaged and it is your responsibility to purchase insurance at your discretion and package the item per the shipping companies guidelines to avoid shipping damages but we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping and can not offer a refund if items are received damaged.
